Automatic liquid filling machine has 2-4 filling liquid fillers. Each station is equipped with an entry control damper. It will not fill materials without empty cans. Liquid filler can fill water, solvents and medium viscosity material by self-suction.
Valve feeder, valve correcting device, crimping head and gas fillers.
Crimping machine is used to seal the valve with internal expanding mode. Gas fillers is applicable to fill Propane, Butane, Freon, DME, Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen, Oxygen, compressed air and 134a, etc. No can no filling.
Automatic weight checking machine adopts stable and highly sensitive weighing sensor and signal acquisition instrument, carries out high-speed operation processing by applying a PLC, equipped with a visual and humanized man-machine interface and a well-designed transmission conveying mechanism, has the advantages of simple operation, good stability, high response speed, high accuracy.
Automatic water bath system is used to test aerosols’ leakage. putting aerosol products into water tanks automatically and control the temperature in tanks at 55 ℃ (by electrical heating or steam heating) checking the inner pressure and leakages of valve or cans.
Automatic actuator pressing machine consists of a vibration hopper and an indexing table, it can automatically arrange and convey caps, and automatically press caps onto aerosol cans.
Automatic ink jet printer is used to print the logo, lot number, guarantee period, production date, etc, on bottom or body of aerosol cans
