FX Series pumps belongs to Oil Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump (Dual Stage, direct drive) .
Working principle: 2XZ vacuum pump consists of two parts: high pressure stage and low pressure stage. Its suction port is connected with vacuum and vacuum equipment. During operation, the gas in the container will be inhaled and discharged in large amount. When the equipment gets a vacuum, the high pressure stage exhaust valve is closed, and the gas at high pressure will be transferred to the second stage and inhaled and discharged at second levels, so that the vacuum equipment can obtain a certain vacuum. The technical parameters of the pump is 4 * 10-2Pa, the pump and motor shaft, high speed, small size compact structure, convenient mobility.
It is used for pumping gas/ air to reach high vacuum pressure. The pump chamber is into two different changeable compartments (suck air and exhaust air ).
The pump adopts gas ballast valve whch can well remove the water vapor.
Inlet port and outlet port are both in KF flange .
Available accessories: Oil mist separator, Flange Joint, KF Flange, Various pipe for connecting.
1.FX series (2XZ series) vacuum pump is the basic equipment in the vacuum application field, which can be used as the main pump for the low/medium vacuum system, used as the backing pump for roots pump or diffusion pump /molecular pump and other ultra-high vacuum system. FX series are mostly used in vacuum coating, air conditioning and refrigeration markets, Laboratory etc.
2. Working ambient temperature /humidity: 5-40℃， below 90%RH.
Please make sure the pump is with gas ballast on when humidity is higher than 90%RH.
3. The pump can work more than 20mins with inlet open in the atmosphere.
4. The pump can not be used for the following gas which can corrode the metal, leads to chemical reaction to pump oil, explosive gas, high oxygen gas, poisonous gas.
