Principle:
Two equipped vibrating motors in the host machine produce exciting force, which makes materials leap forward. Hot air passes material layer through orifice plate in an upward direction to achieve the purpose of dehydration.
Application:
Foodstuff, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, feedstuff, plastic, salt manufacture, grain, seed, cigarette, sugar, metallurgy and etc.
Feature:

As material leaps around though orifice plate and fully contacts with the hot air, thermal efficiency is very high.
2. Wide use
The changing of vibrating motor exciting force and installation direction angle can change material's running speed and running status, so it's suitable for drying different kinds of materials.
3. Good drying effect
Vibration makes material in leaping status, hot air will play the role of buffering, so material broken rate is low, material worn and torn is very little, and no overheating or leakage blowing phenomenon.
4. Low noise, vibration isolating
The equipment can be put on the floor slab directly, installed and removed conveniently, and sealed well, working condition makes the surroundings nice.
5. If partition is set up in the middle of channel, hot air will pass the first half, and cold air will pass the last part. In this way drying and coding both functions can be achieved.
6. Low investment, low operating cost, simple in structure, sturdy and durable, easy maintenance, light weight.
7. Automatic material feeding device can be installed and feed evenly and continuously. It works the way of an automatic production line.
