Internal Heating Fluidized Bed Dryer
Product Description
Internal Heating Fluidized Bed Dryer is a typical energy-saving fluidized bed dryer, which combines the technologies of horizontal multi-chamber fluidized bed dryers and indirect heat-transfer dryer. There set the high heat-transfer efficient exchanger which immerses into the fluidizing materials of the drying chamber of the dryer. The heat required in water evaporation is offered by internal heat exchanger and hot air together, which permits a relatively high drying intensity and heat efficiency. The air distributor size of internal heating fluidized bed dryer is only1/4~1/2 of the size of the normal fluidized bed dryer, which leads to the significant reduction of heated air rate, power consumption and heat loss through vent witneses a considerable drop.
Main Features:
1. Adoption of internal heat exchangers brings out the high efficient and energy-saving operation and low operation cost.
2. With high material layer, drying operation possesses high heat efficiency
3. Adopting exclusive structure in the air distributor, which permit no leakage of materials, keep a good performance of continuity and stability.
4. Low drying air amount permits low power consumption.
5. High drying intensity permits small size of equipment and floor area.
6. Widely used in a large variety of crystal, granule or powder materials, for dehydration of surface water or bound water.
