We can either use your existing vacuum forming tool to make more products for you or if you only have an existing plastic product, we may be able to use it to resin cast a new tool which speeds up the lead time and saves on toolmaking costs.

Our die cutting service features steel rule die cutting using serrated or center bevel dies to produce clean cut edges on formed or unformed plastic parts. With a hydraulic press capability up to 75 tons, we can cut parts from a variety of plastics including ABS, PETG, PVC, PMMA,HDPE, HMWPE and HIPS. Parts can measure up to 42" wide, up to 52" in length.
