EDI RO Water Purifier for 1000 L/H
The pretreatment steps of water treatment equipment using quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, the softening system (optional) and the precise filter, the main purpose is to remove the suspended solids in raw water, including sediment particles ,organic colloids,organic matter,odor,chlorine and other impurities. Then the water enter the Reverse Osmosis system, most of the dissolved salts, bacteria, hot stream will be filtered out, to ensure production water quality meet the standards. All of our pure water equipment are designed according to the customer’s raw water analysis, capacity and product water requirements.

Working Process
Raw Water tank: For the storage of raw water, to solve the problem of insufficient raw water pressure and the back booster pump due to the impact of insufficient water, reduce the failure rate.
Booster pump: equipped with a stainless steel pump, to provide sufficient pressure for subsequent filtration.
Quartz sand filter: mainly remove the mud, suspended solids and large particles in the tap water.
Active carbon filter: mainly remove organic substances, residual chlorine and odor in tap water.
Softener: mainly remove the calcium and magnesium in tap water, reduce the hardness of water.
Presicision filter: further filtration, protection of reverse osmosis membrane.
Pressure pump: provide enough pressure for reverse osmosis system.
Reverse osmosis system: the core part of pure water equipment, the production of high-purity water.
Pure water tank: storage pure water, can change the size of the water tank,after the below process,The water result is pure enough for different application.
EDI module: It mainly utilizes electricity, ion exchange membranes and resin to deionize water and separate dissolved ions (impurities) from water.
Polishing resin: To move the remaining anions and cations in the pure water.
Remote monitoring by network or mobile phone, you can start or stop the device at any time, the operation became more convenient and faster.
