Technological process：

Raw water pump+silica sand filter+active carbon filter+softener + micron filter+high pressure pump+RO system.
1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to silica sandfilter/active carbon filter
2. Silica Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on
3. Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on
4, Softener--reduce the hardness of water 4. Micron filter--prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
5. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0 Mpa).
6. RO system--RO system is the main part of pure water treatment plant. The RO membrane's desalt rate can reach as high as 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacterias, particles and 98% of organic.

After-sale service：

The above machine which we supply it to you, we can give you one year after sales warranty, we can also send our engineer to you factory to install this equipment and train your staff, but the buyer should pay the round air tickets cost and arrange the hotel accommodation as well as the food for seller’s engineer. We will send some spare parts to you for free for replacement. Such as activated carbon, sand, pp security filter cartridges etc.

What should clients provide before making proposal:

1. We need you to advise us what kind of drinking water that you want to manufacture. Is it pure water, mineral water or beverage?
2. We need you to tell us the kind of your source water, and you need to provide us Source Water Testing Analysis Report.
3. Please tell us the production capacity of the machine that you demand, so that we can recommend the suitable machine to you and present quotation solution for you.

Pre-filter tank & pipe

1.We use natural high quality  raw material in the filtration tank  fast filtration speed, no mixing layer, good filtering effect, stable effluent quality, non clogging, non caking.

2. All tank material can choose Stainless steel and FRP;

3.All pipe connections are made of high quality stainless steel pipe or food-grade UPVC.

Control system

1.PLC control system ,brand :Siemens;

2.Manual control, electrical components brand:Delixi

3.Independent control cabinet design, optional button control system or PLC control system;

4.Flow meters, pressure gauges, dashboards, system-wide ancillary services, water quality PH status at any time.

Pump system

1.Raw water pump:Using chinese best brand ,all material are SUS304,to provide the power for filtration tank;

2.High pressure pump : To provide high pressure power for RO membrane;

3.Dosing pump: We just use Itly brand :SKEO,to control metering precision, protection of reverse osmosis membrane.

Packing：

1.Small system:machine outer wapped with plastic film and Packaged in plywood or wooden box(or customized by clients) 

2.Middle and huge system:machine outer wapped with plastic film and fixed in container by support for Water For Injection
