Process flow

Output Water quality resistivity at 1 – 10megohm, For example, water for rinsing and plating solution in PCB; water for chemical solution in battery product; cleaning water for electronic manufacturing; water for chemical solution in chemical plant; water for boiler in power plant.

Three process as below:

A) By ion exchange:

Raw Water--> Multimedia Filter--> Activated Carbon Filter--> Cation exchange- Anion exchange-> Mixed-Bed Deionizer--> Deionized Water.

B) By reverse osmosis+ mixed bed:

Raw Water--> Multimedia Filter--> Activated Carbon Filter--> Reverse Osmosis --> Mixed-Bed Deionizer--> DI water system/unit/plant

C) By Single reverse osmosis+EDI (Electro DeIonization):

Raw Water--> Multimedia Filter--> Activated Carbon Filter--> Reverse Osmosis --> EDI--> Product Water.
