Working principle:

Hot air enters into the spin flash dryer tower tangentially from the air inlet at the dryer bottom and then forms into spiral flow with high speed rotation.

Annulus is adjusted according to the feed characteristics to give a optimal wind speed.

Feed enters into the spin flash dryer through a screw conveyor,and then disperses and spins with a

high speed under the high-speed air flow.

Big wet particles cluster fall due to the gravity,then being crushed and micronized by crushing device at the bottom of the dryer tower.

Micronized particles spin with the high air flow,then being dried.

Multiple eddying blades are set in the chamber to form steady fluidized bed,

which can minimize the final moisture content and protect the product from being effected by the initialmoisture content.In addition,eddying blades can also guarantee the residence time and classification.
