Descriptions
Boiling drier is also called as fluldlze-bed. It consists of air filter, heater, fluidlzed-bed main machine, feeder, cyclone seperator, doth bag duster, high-pressure centrifuge fan and operation table.Because the properties of raw material exist difference,when equip the dust removing equipment It should consider the practical need. It can select cyclone seperator and doth bag duster at the same time or one of them.ln genral speaking, It needs to select cydone seperator only for raw material that is large in specific gravity and cloth bag duster for powder and small granule raw materials that is light in gravity. Meanwhile there is air feeding device and belt conveyor for deletion.
Meanwhile there is air feeding device and belt conveyor for seietion. Separated granule solid raw material is fed into fluidized-bed drier through feeder. Fresh air through filtering and heating is sent to the bottlom of fiuidized-bed by fanand contacts with solid raw material on distributing plate. In this way the fluidized state is formed and the heat exchange between air and solid is carried out. The dried raw material is discharged from outlet and wasted gas is exhausted from the top of fluidized-bed where catches solid powder through cyclone separator.doth bag duster.
Principle
The dean and hot air enters into fluidization bed through distributor of valve plate. The humldtty raw material fed from the feeder from the boiling state by hot air. Because of the wide contact between hot air and raw materlsals, the time of diylng is shoted. The air enters froin front of bed, boiling in bed several minutes, and float from other of bed. The machine worths in negative pressure.

Thesultabte diameter of raw materlaJ will be 0.1~6mm.The best diameter of raw material will be 0.5-3mm.
Notes to Installation
The equipment should be laid down level and fixed wtth anchor bolt. The seal of each part should be good.
