Application
Wheat starch production line vital gluten drying, dry the wet gluten into product gluten powder.
Description
The wet gluten enters the water press to remove some moisture. Then the dewatered gluten enters the gluten dryer, wet gluten become dry when it moves in the column. After sieving by sifter, the fine gluten is sent into product tank and packed in bags.
Characteristics of the equipment
1. The dryer adopts the most advanced technology, and it is designed and manufactured by MecKey;
2. Using air instant drying principle, with the characteristics of high drying intensity, short drying time, low drying temperature, less energy consumption and high product quality;
3. The winnowing feeder is made of special steel, it is strong and durable;

Warranty
The warranty period of each item of equipment delivered shall be 12 months from the date of the signing ACCEPTANCE MEMO or 17 months from the date of shipment, whichever is earlier.
