Wheat flour mill grinding machine for powder

This is our latest advanced hammer mill set:

It features:

1) No need screen or sieve in mill chamber, change powder particle size by changing speed;

2) Because it has no screen in mill chamber,when milling, there is no heat rising in mill chamber;

  No need to worry powder get stuck in the screens or product quality get affected by the heat from  the mill. That's why it is very suitable for grinding heat-sensitive material or material contains fiber or oil.

3) The mill part combines coarse crusher, middle fine mill and fine mill together, which means it can makes fine powder directly from big raw material, very effective.

4) It can save more power,  its capacity is much bigger than other same motor traditional mill.

 This machine has a very good effect for milling different kinds of food,like spice,herbs,milk powder and chickpeas,maize...etc.

Mill part

 1) From right to left, 

they are coarse crush area,middle fine mill area and fine milling area and blast area.

Material fed in will be milled by the three areas to become fine powder.

2) change powder size by changing speed.

 Cyclone part

 
(1) Cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules)

(2) Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even

      Rotary valve is also made of stainless steel

      and to clean it and dismantle is convinient.

Pulse Dust Collecting box

(1) Dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.
(2} Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.
(3) With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.
