It is a horizontal spiral discharging,continuous operating equipment of deposition.
Drum and spiral feeder roatate at the same direction with certain yet different speed.Material is led into the feeding spiral inner cylinder via feeding pipe after speeded up.Under centrifuge force, realtively heavier solid-phase material deposits on the durm wall forming the residue layer and solid-phase residue being continuously pushed by the spiral feeder to the end then discharged under full speed operation after dehydration.
It meets the needs of continuous feeding,deposition,separation,washing and discharging under full speed operation.
