Description:
Flash Dryer is continuous drying equipment specially designed for shaped cake, cream paste, paste slurry materials. Clean heat medium goes into the drying room from the tangent direction, form a strong rotary vortex air current together with mechanical mixer. Wet material has been added to the drying room in a fix quantity, and stir in the vortex of air currents were crushed under dry. Drying room at the top with particle size classification, the fine powder discharged from the top of the tower from the back of the separator to collect the product into larger particles return to the drying room, continue to be crushed, and dry.
Work Principle:
The hot air enters into the bottom of the dryer in tangent direction.Under the driving of the stirrer,a powerful rotating wind area is formed.The paste state materials enter into the dryer through the screw charger.Under the powerful function effect of stirring at high-speed roation,the materials are distributed under the function of s trike,friction and shearing force.The block state materials will soon be smashed and contact the hot air fully and the materials are heated and dried.The dried materials after the de-watering will go up with the hot-air flow.The grading rings will stop and keep the big particles.Small particles will be sidcharged out of the dryer from the ring center and will be collected in the cyclone and dust collector.
Product Characteristics:
Drying viscous materials: The lower part of the drier is cone structure with a broken device together with the washing of wall by the air flow, which can handle a certain viscous materials. According to different materials, the feeder and discharger can take different forms, can be achieved the requirements of automatic and continuous feeding and smooth out of the material.
Drying heat-sensitive materials: Due to the short drying time, the relative speed of the materials and the hot air is large, and the hottest air not direct contact with the dried material. It can be used to deal with heat-sensitive materials.
Drying strength: The materials in the drying process have been broken, scoured, impacted, that increasing the surface area. At the same time, the hottest air hasn’t direct contact with the dried materials; therefore the inlet temperature can be higher than the melting point of materials. The higher of the inlet temperature equal to the more intensity of the drying equipment.
Effective controlling of the moisture and end fineness of the materials: Through the inside settings of the drier (swirl films, elutriate ring or screener), and coordinating with the inlet air temperature, can effectively controlled the moisture and end fineness of the materials.

♦Organic: amino-anthraquinone, benzoic acid, sodium oxalate, long-chain dicarboxylic acid, lead acetate, hydroquinone, anthraquinone, sodium dichloroisocyanurate, Calcium Pantothenate, cyclohexanone, o-methyl benzoic acid, calcium citrate, sodium trichloroisocyanuric acid, sodium salicylate.
♦Polymers: PE, powdered styrene-butadiene rubber, sulfonated phenolic resins, polyvinyl chloride resins, polyvinyl acetate.
♦Dyes and Pigments: indigo, lead chromate, strontium chromate,yellow alkaline, medium black, lemon yellow, phthalocyanine blue, iron oxide black, iron oxide yellow, a neutral black.
♦Medicine: Amidopyrine, protein powder, nucleotide, guanosine.
♦Pesticides: atrazine, Abamectin, Bataan, chlorothalonil, mefenacet pyridaben, imidacloprid, glyphosate, mancozeb, paclobutrazol, fenoxaprop, Dan sterilization, insecticide Dan, monosultap, Bisultap, triphenyltin acetate, mites sweep net, Tricyclazole, double Gan phosphine.
♦Chemical Agents: white carbon black, to promote the agent D, accelerator TMTD, molecular sieve, activated clay, TBSI CZ, TBSI DM, TBSI M, TBSI TMTD, TBSI ZDC, phosphate Dibasic Lead acid, stearic acid salt.
♦Food and feed additives: Soy Protein Isolate, methionine chelate copper, starch, yeast powder, glucose.
