And then hot air is flowing and going thought the curving pipes and buffer(drying chamber)of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and The dried materialsare expelled out b the exhaust bower(fan).
Description of Drum Dryer Machine
Wood rotary drum dryer adopts direct flow type of heating with heat source (Coal, oil, natural gas, timber) from firing unit. The material to be dried is pushed back immediately by spiral board when enters the shell from feeding tank and feeding chute. Because the dryer is installed in slope, material flows to the back end under gravity and rotation force, meanwhile, sawdsut drying system is lifted by board repeatedly and thrown down accordingly, which make the material form even curtain, and exchange heat sufficiently with inner the heat flow.
