        WGF series blast heat regenerative adsorption dryer (hereinafter referred to as the hot blast) are the main working principle is to use extract ambient air blower, after heating to regenerate the desiccant adsorption tower, avoids the micro heat regenerative adsorption dryer in the heating stage of the product gas loss, was only a small part of the finished product gas purge the stage in consumption, so the overall gas consumption is small, especially suitable for the requirements of renewable gas consumption is small.The equipment is made into a two-cylinder form. Under the control of automatic PLC microcomputer, the two cylinders work alternately and continuously.

Technical features:

7. Separate flanged filler and discharge nozzle for easy replacement of adsorbent.
8. The reactivation discharge of the blower heat adsorption dryer is equipped with a muffler to reduce the emission noise. The muffler can be moved from the side of the machine to the outside to further avoid the noise pollution to the environment of the machine room.
9. PLC programmable control system is adopted for the control system of blast air and heat purification device.
10. High strength and hygroscopic adsorbent is adopted, with stable dew point, less dust and long service life.
